Delivery is free in Nassau, Bahamas for all orders over $100. Delivery fee is priced according to mileage and availability.
On-site balloon styling and installation is available for an additional cost.

BALLOON INFO
How long do your balloons last?
Our standard latex balloons can last anywhere from 8-12 hours. 3 foot latex giant balloons float for about 36 hours before they begin to sag. We add Hi-Float to our latex balloons which can double the longevity, however, this is not possible for confetti filled balloons. Mylar balloons last 2-4 days on average. Bubble balloons last about a week.

*Once balloons leave our store or delivery van, we are no l onger responsible for their lifespan. Helium is sensitive to temperature and humidity, which will affect the balloons longevity. All balloon sales are final.

Our air-filled products such as indoor balloon garlands will last for weeks!
What type of balloons do you use?
We are proud to use 100% natural biodegradable latex balloons made in the USA. As with other natural products, latex breaks down under normal environmental conditions.

Unfortunately, mylar balloons are not biodegradable but can be re-used or brought back into our stores to be recycled.
Can you fill balloons I already have?
Yes, we can! However, we cannot be responsible if something happens. Please refer to our pricing chart in our balloon catalog- helium pricing will be quoted according to size and type.

Weather & Sun Damage
Balloons fade in the sun and oxidize, which creates a more matte appearance. Please do not leave your balloons in the car. Over-exposure to sun or extreme heat will make them pop.

Inversely, cold weather also effects helium balloons. Did you know that helium floats because it is lighter than air? However, when it gets cold, it becomes denser and heavier than air, causing it to shrink and sink.
​
If you’re ordering our inflated foil balloons, please be aware they may look a little less plump upon arrival. Once returned to warmth, you’ll hear the balloons start to make little popping noises as the helium expands it back to its rightful state.
​
Unless the weather is completely calm, your balloons will move with the wind. Although all of our balloons are weighted, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to sustain a windy day.
Things balloons do not like

Big or little hands that forget to hold on tight (balloon weights required for ALL mylar)

Bees (believe it or not we have watched bees land on balloons and then pop them!)
Ceiling Balloons
If you’re looking to do a balloon ceiling yourself, or want to release any balloons onto a ceiling, be sure to check the ceiling surface before placing.

The smallest of things, such as a chip in the paint, can result in the balloon popping. We suggest running your hand across any surface the balloons may come in contact with and checking for any problematic areas.
If your room has spotlights, make sure they have been turned off for two hours and are completely cool before placing any balloons. Do not turn on any lights that can get hot, as this will result in your balloons bursting.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns?
Items purchased from the boutique may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a copy of your receipt. During this time, we will gladly accept unopened items in their original packaging for a full refund. All balloon sales are FINAL.
Orders purchased from our online store can be returned by contacting customer service at inquires@partyinabox242.com within 7 days of delivery. Please provide the order number listed on the original email receipt. During this time, we will gladly accept unopened items in their original packaging for a full refund, less the cost of delivery/shipping. Customer service will provide the appropriate return address for the item(s). Return shipping is at the buyer's expense.

Please note that items related to seasonal holidays cannot be returned if it is within 14 days prior to the respective holiday. Additionally, some seasonal items are final sale.
If an item arrives damaged, please accept our sincerest apologies and contact customer service to arrange for exchange or refund. Please include your order number as well as photographs of the damaged item.
What if an item is incorrect/missing/damaged from my order?
First, please accept our sincere apologies. We take great care in packaging your order and if we make a mistake, we want to correct it immediately. Please notify us as soon as possible at inquiries@partyinabox242.com to resolve the issue.
When can I expect my refund?
Once your return is received, as long as it complies with our return policy, we will refund you via the original payment method. Payments can take up to seven working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping or delivery.
